True Canada Vest publishes educational courses and informational notes about market vocabulary, structure, instruments, and the limits of AI-assisted reading. The materials are not financial services. They are not a call to action.
2. No advice and no signals
Nothing on this site is investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a trading signal. We do not recommend specific assets, brokers, exchanges, or investment platforms. Examples are conceptual. They are not instructions.
3. Investment risk
All investments carry risks, including the loss of money. A definition that is easy to read does not reduce that risk. If you need advice about your own situation, speak with a person who is registered to give it. This site is not that person.
4. No guarantees
We do not promise profit, income, learning outcomes that produce profit, or any particular result from reading these pages. We do not publish earnings stories or performance claims. Diagrams on the site are concept maps. They are not price charts.
5. No liability for decisions
You are responsible for decisions you make after reading. We are not liable for losses that follow from treating an explanation as a recommendation. The limits in the terms of use also apply here, including any liability that Canadian law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Different categories carry different risks
Equity in a young company, a listed share, a bond, a fund interest, and a derivative are not the same kind of claim. Some can expire, some can be diluted, some depend on a counterparty, and some are hard to sell. The notes describe those differences in general language. They do not rank products or tell you which category suits you.
7. Past performance is not future results
